Bank of Russia ranks insurers by complaints about CMTPLI for 2023

The indicator is calculated as the ratio of the number of complaints about a particular insurer received by the Bank of Russia to every 10,000 insurance contracts concluded. The regulator takes into account only the complaints confirming violations of consumer rights. If only one complaint was filed against a company, this company was not included in the ranking.

The information from the Bank of Russia will help car owners choose the right insurer. The place in the ranking should encourage insurance companies to improve their work with customers.
