Over 20 banks become participants in subsidised SME working capital lending programme

The Bank of Russia has published the list of banks participating in the programme for subsidised working capital lending. The list will be expanded as the regulator concludes agreements with other credit institutions that meet the requirements of the Bank of Russia.
The programme allows businesses to take subsidised loans for up to one year to replenish their working capital or refinance earlier loans. The interest rate will not exceed 15% per annum for small businesses and 13.5% for medium-sized ones.
