1997–2005: Head of Section for Financial and Banking Professionals Recruitment at ANTAL International.

2005–2014: HR Director at Sberbank CIB (previously, Troika Dialog).

2014–2016: Vice President of HR at Summa Group.

2016–2022: Head of HR for Russia—Romania cluster at Deutsche Bank.

From December 2022: Director of the Bank of Russia’s Human Resources Department.
