Human Resources Department
The Human Resources Department carries out staff recruitment and management for the Bank of Russia to achieve its strategic goals and objectives.
Within its competence, the Department coordinates the activities of the regulator’s regional branches and other units, organises the work related to changes in the Bank of Russia’s structure, takes measures to optimise the structural units’ headcount, develops the remuneration system, and is engaged in the implementation of the Bank of Russia’s Pension Plan.
Another block of the Department’s tasks involves the enhancement of corporate culture. For this purpose, the Bank of Russia is developing its internal communication system and intranet portal.
The Human Resources Department also controls compliance by Bank of Russia personnel with the bans, restrictions and obligations established for anti-corruption purposes, and organises the work to record Bank of Russia insiders.
