Maximum fees charged by credit institutions from their clients for transferring funds between individuals, as well as for transferring funds from bank accounts (deposits) of an individual to a special account of a financial platform operator (FPO) for crediting these funds to an account of such individual via the faster payment service of the Bank of Russia payment system (FPS), effective from 1 November 2021
0.00 rubles for funds transfers totalling up to 100,000 rubles per month;
0.5% of the transfer amount when the total amount of funds transfers exceeds 100,000 rubles
per month, but no more than 1,500 rubles per transfer;
0.00% of the transfer amount to be charged from the FPO.
