Fees for the services provided by the Bank of Russia when transferring funds to credit institutions–FPS participants in the Bank of Russia payment system to pay interbank fees and for services provided by the operational and payment clearing centre (OPCC FPS) to ensure information and technological interaction in the faster payment service of the Bank of Russia payment system (FPS), effective from 1 October 2019

The fee in the amount of 0.00 rubles is established from 1 October 2019 for funds transfers made by the Bank of Russia in its payment system:

in payment of interbank fees;
in payment for services provided by the FPS operational and payment clearing centre (OPCC FPS) under agreements with credit institutions participating in the FPS.
