Bank of Russia divests from JSC Moscow Industrial bank

The Russian Federation represented by the Federal Agency for State Property Management now owns 100% of JSC Moscow Industrial bank (Reg. No. 912) (hereinafter, the Bank). The Bank of Russia is no longer its shareholder. The Bank is expected to merge with PJSC Promsvyazbank no later than May 2023.
The Bank will continue to operate in a business-as-usual manner and perform its obligations to clients. The Bank of Russia’s earlier decision to guarantee the continuity of the Bank’s operations remains effective.
