Banking licence of Aljba Alliance CB Ltd cancelled
By its Order No. OD-365, dated 12 March 2021, the Bank of Russia cancelled the banking licence of Moscow-based Aljba Alliance Commercial Bank Ltd, or Aljba Alliance CB Ltd (Registration No. 2593). The credit institution ranked 282nd by assets in the Russian banking system.1
The licence of Aljba Alliance CB Ltd was cancelled2 following the request that the credit institution submitted to the Bank of Russia after the decision of its sole shareholder on its voluntary liquidation (in accordance with Article 61 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
Based on the reporting data provided to the Bank of Russia, the credit institution has sufficient assets to satisfy creditors’ claims.
The Bank of Russia will appoint a liquidation commission to Aljba Alliance CB Ltd.3
Aljba Alliance CB Ltd is a member of the deposit insurance system.
