Tatiana Savitskaya appointed Financial Consumer Ombudsperson

On 12 December 2020, in accordance with Article 4 of Federal Law No. 123-FZ, dated 4 June 2018, 'On Financial Consumer Ombudsman', the Bank of Russia Board of Directors decided as follows:

1. Effective 1 January 2021, Tatiana Savitskaya has been appointed Financial Consumer Ombudsperson with the mandate covering the following areas:

• credit cooperation
• operations of credit institutions
• operations of pawnshops
• operations of non-governmental pension funds.

2. Effective 1 January 2021, the following financial services constitute the mandate of Financial Ombudsperson Viktor Klimov:

• insurance
• credit cooperation
• operations of credit institutions
• operations of pawnshops
• operations of non-governmental pension funds.
