Anti-crisis measures for non-bank financial institutions in 2026

To minimise the consequences of restrictions imposed by foreign states as well as to avoid potential sanctions against financial market participants and/or their counterparties, the Bank of Russia plans to extend into 2026 the right of non-bank financial institutions not to disclose the information specified in the decisions of its Board of Directors, dated 24 December 2024 and 14 February 2025.
