Information to Register of Credit Institutions Recognised by Bank of Russia as Important in Payment Services Market

In accordance with Clause 5.1 of Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3439-U, dated 6 November 2014, ‘On the Procedure for the Bank of Russia to Recognise Credit Institutions as Important in the Payment Services Market’, the Bank of Russia informs about the restructuring of credit institutions recognised by the Bank of Russia as important in the payment services market and included in the relevant register:¹

Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation (Public Joint-Stock Company) (Registration No. 2209) — through its merger, on 1 January 2025, with BM-Bank JSC (Registration No. 2748), a credit institution which is not important in the payment services market; and

PJSC ROSBANK (Registration No. 2272) — through its merger, on 1 January 2025, with TBank (Registration No. 2673), a credit institution which is important in the payment services market.
