Financial resolution measures for JSC MOSOBLBANK

The Bank of Russia has approved amendments to the plan for the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency (hereinafter, the Agency) to participate in bankruptcy prevention measures for JSC MOSOBLBANK (hereinafter, the Bank).

In accordance with these amendments, the Agency will continue to implement measures to prevent the Bank’s bankruptcy independently. The role of Promsvyazbank PJSC as that of an investor in financial resolution of the Bank will end following the adoption of the relevant decisions by the management of Promsvyazbank PJSC. This decision is aimed at reducing the financial resolution time.

The Bank will continue to fulfil its obligations to the clients.
