Bank of Russia to release seasonally adjusted series on mortgage lending

The Bank of Russia starts releasing seasonally adjusted series on outstanding mortgage loans granted to resident individuals with acquired claims thereon, across Russia as a whole.

The new publication provides seasonally adjusted data for analysing the dynamics of the mortgage portfolio and receiving a clearer picture of significant non‑seasonal trends in statistical series.

The data will be available in the Housing (Mortgage) Loan Market subsection and updated on a monthly basis according to the Official Statistics Release Calendar.
