Bank of Russia suspends publishing data on some payment services market participants

On 12 April 2024, the Bank of Russia Board of Directors decided to suspend through 31 December 2024 the publication of data on foreign providers of payment services entered into the list of foreign providers of payment services. Previously, such information was published in accordance with Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 5429-U, dated 6 April 2020.

The decision applies from the date when information about it is placed on the Bank of Russia website.

However, the list will be maintained in accordance with the existing procedure.
