On calculating and publishing RUONIA during New Year holidays

The Bank of Russia has made the decision not to calculate and publish the RUONIA (Ruble Overnight Index Average) rate for 29 December 2023.
RUONIA for 9 January 2024 will be calculated and published on 10 January 2024.
Beginning on 10 January 2024, RUONIA will be calculated and published as normal.
