Bank of Russia amends lending and repayment conditions

The new version of the Terms and Conditions for the Issue and Repayment of Bank of Russia Loans Backed by Securities or Credit Claims (hereinafter, the Terms and Conditions) will be applied beginning on 16 October 2023.
The document has been updated as the Bank of Russia switches to the main and additional liquidity providing mechanisms.
Besides, certain amendments to the Terms and Conditions are related to credit claims to be accepted as collateral for Bank of Russia loans.
