Bank of Russia decides on state registration of new non-bank credit institution

The Bank of Russia made a decision to officially register the Moscow-based NBCO Istina (JSC) and license it to make bank transactions in rubles and foreign currencies for settlement non-bank credit institutions. The Bank of Russia will issue the banking licence after the authorised capital of NBCO Istina (JSC) is paid.

On 27 April 2023, the Russian Federal Tax Service Directorate for the city of Moscow made an entry on the state registration of the above credit institution in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (primary state registration number 1237700314224).

NBCO Istina (JSC) will focus on corporate banking.

Currently, there are 35 non-bank credit institutions, including 25 settlement ones, operating based on the licences issued by the Bank of Russia.
