Vasily Prokofiev to head Cash Circulation Department

By the Order of the Bank of Russia Governor, effective 3 April 2023, Vasily Prokofiev has been appointed as the Director of the Bank of Russia’s Cash Circulation Department.
Vasily Prokofiev joined the Bank of Russia over 30 years ago. He has a vast experience in the area of settlement and cash management services.
Currently, he holds the position of Deputy Head of the Far Eastern Main Branch of the Bank of Russia.
