On Bank of Russia decisions of 30 December 2014

On 30 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To register the rules and regulations of a specialised depository:

• the Moscow-based limited liability company Specialised Depository Granit, exercising control over the investment of pension savings based on the contracts for specialised depository services rendered to a non-governmental pension fund and management companies that are trustees of pension savings under a contact with the non-governmental pension fund;
• specialised depository for mortgage collateral, the Moscow-based limited liability company Depository and Corporate Technologies.

To reissue:

• documents confirming the licences to manage investment funds, unit investments funds and non-governmental pension funds to the following organisations:

the Moscow-based Management Company Golden Stone Morgan Asset Management, limited liability company, due to a change of location;

the Moscow-based limited liability company QBF Asset Management due to a change of location;

• a document confirming the specialised depository licence of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds issued to Joint-Stock Commercial Bank ROSBANK (public joint-stock company) due to a change of name (the former name: Joint-Stock Commercial Bank ROSBANK (open joint-stock company).
