Activity of provisional administration to manage OOO (LLC) UMK bank terminated
On 31 May 2021, the Bank of Russia terminated the activity of the provisional administration1 appointed to manage OOO (LLC) UMK bank (hereinafter, the Bank).
No signs of insolvency (bankruptcy) have been established as a result of the provisional administration-conducted inspection of the credit institution.
On 19 May 2021, the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory issued a ruling on the forced liquidation of the Bank.
Fanil Yunusov, a member of the Association of Leading Receivers Dostoyanie, was appointed as a liquidator.
