Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Bank of Russia notifies of the initiation of the reorganisation of Joint Stock Commercial Investment Bank Kurgan (JSCIB Kurgan, Reg. Number 2568, dated 9 November 1993), through transformation into a limited liability company.
