Bank of Russia Bulletin released

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 20 (2260) of 31 March 2021 has been released.

The issue contains information on interbank commissions (IBC) and maximum fees charged by credit institutions from their clients when individuals make funds transfers to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and self-employed persons via the faster payments service of the Bank of Russia payment system. The new rates (tariffs) will become effective from 1 October 2021. The issue publishes information about Bank of Russia fees for services provided in the faster payments service of the Bank of Russia payment system (FPS) paid by FPS participants when individuals make funds transfers to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and self-employed persons. The new fees for these services will become effective from 1 October 2021.

The Credit Institutions section lists credit institutions complying with the requirements of federal laws and resolutions of the Russian Federation Government as of 1 March 2021.

The Bulletin publishes the following Bank of Russia orders:

No. OD-474, dated 26.03.2021, on the revocation of the banking licence from the Cheboksary-based credit institution Bank Megapolice, Ltd;

No. OD-475, dated 26.03.2021, on appointing the provisional administration to the Cheboksary-based credit institution Bank Megapolice, Ltd due to the revocation of its banking licence.

The issue publishes information on the exclusion of Bank Kuznetsky Most JSC from the register of banks participating in the deposit insurance system.

The Non-bank Financial Institutions section publishes Bank of Russia Order No. OD-468, dated 24.03.2021, on amending the Appendix to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2050, dated 10 December 2020.
