Andrey Popov appointed as Operations Department Director

By the Order of the Bank of Russia Governor, effective 3 February 2020, Andrey Popov is appointed as Director of the Operations Department of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

He previously held the position of acting Director of the Operations Department.
