Bank of Russia receives part of net profit of JSC Asian-Pacific Bank following transaction with Pioneer Capital Invest LLP

Pioneer Capital Invest LLP, the winner of the auction held on 17 September 2021 and the new owner of JSC Asian-Pacific Bank (Registration No. 1810) (hereinafter, the Bank), transferred to the Bank of Russia a part of the Bank’s net profit for the first nine months of 2021 in the amount of 963,923,000 rubles under the conditions of the Bank’s shares purchase and sale agreement.

All settlements under the transaction between Pioneer Capital Invest LLC and the Bank of Russia have been completed.
