On updating provisional administration personnel

To update personnel of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Open Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank Maximum, or OJSC Maximum (the Rostov Region, the town of Volgodonsk) appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3274, dated 23 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3373, dated 27 November 2015) to introduce L.A. Borisenko, P.I. Tsikh to the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Open Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank Maximum from 30 November 2015.
