On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-189, dated 24 February 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Credit Institution Non-Bank Credit Institution Assignatsiya, Limited Liability Company, or NCO Assignatsiya LLC (the city of Ipatovo, Stavropol Territory) Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-3071 dated 29 October 2014):

— to withdraw Larisa N. Belozerova, chief economist of the credit institution branch control section of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Stavropol Territory, from the provisional administration of the credit institution Non-Bank Credit Institution Assignatsiya, limited liability company, from 30 October 2014;

— to appoint Andrey V. Tkachenko, leading economist of the general analysis sector of the banking supervision section of the Stavropol Regional Division, as the head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Non-Bank Credit Institution Assignatsiya, limited liability company, from 30 October 2014.
