On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2650, dated 30 September 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Samara-Based Credit Institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY PRIORITET BANK or OJSC PRIORITET BANK Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-3070 dated 29 October 2014):

— to withdraw Oleg Yu. Shirykalov, chief engineer-programmer of the informational security sector of the information technology centre of the Samara Regional Division, from the provisional administration of the credit institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY PRIORITET BANK from 30 October 2014.
