To resume the issue and to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Voronezh Synthetic Rubber placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-02-00222-А-002D to the additional issue of securities.

To resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Chechenenergo placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-35075-Е-001D to the additional issue of securities.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Pilot Plant Hydromontazh placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-02866-А-001D to the additional issue of securities.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Ural Heavy-Duty Vehicles Uralvagonzavod placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-05520-К-003D.

To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company RTI Microelectronics placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-80148-N-001D.

To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Krasnodar Instrument Plant Kaskad placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-34586-Е-001D.
