On 26 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Public joint-stock company IBS Russian Property Developers placed through public subscription.
To assign state registration number 1-01-05428-D-001 to the additional issue of securities.
