On 29 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decision:
To agree on the reorganisation of the Non-Governmental Pension Fund OBRAZOVANIE through conversion into the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Obrazovanie, to register the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Obrazovanie and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Obrazovanie.
