On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Irkutsk Region dated 10 July 2014 on the forced liquidation of the Irkutsk-based credit institution open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Radian or OJSC JSCB Radian (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1675, date of registration — 20 December 1991) and appointing a liquidator in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1950 dated 29 July 2014) to terminate from 30 July 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Radian appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1250, dated 2 July 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Irkutsk-Based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Radian or OJSC JSCB Radian Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
