On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

The issue publishes information notices on the results of monitoring of maximum interest rates at credit institutions and lists the credit institutions with appointed authorised representatives of the Bank of Russia who act in compliance with Article 76 of Federal Law No. 86-FZ, dated 10 July 2002, ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’ effective as of 1 June 2017.

The section Credit Institutions presents a register of persons accredited with the Bank of Russia as receivers of bankrupt credit institutions as of 16 June 2017.

The Bulletin publishes Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1672, dated 21 June 2017, on the termination of activity of provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank OBRAZOVANIE (JSC).

The Non-bank Financial Institutions section contains the following Bank of Russia orders:
