On securities issue

On 25 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company NPO Saturn (the Yaroslavl Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-50001-А-005D;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Zagorskaya PSP-2 (the Moscow Region) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-11397-А-003D to the additional issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Rosgeologia (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-09835-А-005D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Atomredmetzoloto (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-03912-А-006D;

to register amendments to the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Concern Avtomatika (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14983-А-002D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company State Scientific Centre — Research Institute of Atomic Reactors (the city of Ulyanovsk) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55411-Е-007D.
