To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Zvezdochka Ship Repair Center placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-55431-Е-006D to the additional issue of securities.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Atomredmetzoloto placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-03912-А-006D to the additional issue of securities.

To register a report on the results of the issue of series 02 non-convertible interest bearing uncertified registered bonds of the open joint-stock company Yugo-Zapadnaya TEC placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-02-03477-D.

To register a report in the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company TV Podmoskovya placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-13360-А-005D.

To register ­a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Polyus Research and Development Institute named after M.F. Stelmakh placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15162-А-001D.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Malaya Dmitrovka placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-70677-Н-002D.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Investment Projects’ Development Fund placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-33292-D-004D.
