On Bank of Russia decisions of 25 July 2014

On 25 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To refuse to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Yugorsk Regional Electric Grid Company placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-33568-D-002D
dated 6 December 2012.

To suspend the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company TeleHouse placed through public subscription.

To resume the issue and to register the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and the prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company National Development Company placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-76838-Н to the issue of securities.
