On updating provisional administration personnel
Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-767, dated 21 April 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Bank Zapadny or OJSC Bank Zapadny Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-1925 dated 28 July 2014):
— to withdraw Tatiana A. Khodakova, leading economist of the credit institution supervision section of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Novgorod Region, Irina M. Shalenko, category 1 legal adviser of the legal sector of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Tomsk Region, Svetlana I. Sergeeva, leading economist of the credit institution licencing and securities market oversight section of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Altay Territory, Yulia A. Lipay, category 1 economist of the economic section of the Main Cash Settlement Centre of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Sverdlovsk Region, Tatiana V. Novosselova, category 1 accountant of the customer service sector of the accounting and settlement section of the Yekaterinburg-based Cash Settlement Centre of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Sverdlovsk Region, Anna A. Zaytseva, leading economist of the intrabank settlement sector of the accounting and reporting section of the Tambov Regional Division, Dmitry S. Dobronravov, leading economist of the credit institution refinancing sector of general economic section of the Tambov Regional Division, Yelena B. Stefanova, leading economist of the banking supervision section of the Tver Regional Division, Vyacheslav A. Bakhtilov, leading economist of the banking activity monitoring, financial markets and foreign currency control sector of the Tver Regional Division, Yelena V. Sycheva, leading economist of the banking supervision section of the Tambov Regional Division, and Anna V. Balagova, leading economist of the economic office of the Pyatigorsk-based Cash Settlement Centre of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Stavropol Territory, from the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Zapadny from 29 July 2014;
— to introduce Evgeniya A. Pevneva, chief economist of the credit institution licencing and securities market oversight section of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Altay Territory, to the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Zapadny from 29 July 2014.
