On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-998, dated 13 May 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Bank Navigator or OJSC Bank Navigator Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-1923 dated 28 July 2014):

— to withdraw Lyudmila G. Skibko, chief economist of the credit institution reporting section of the Credit Institution Supervision Department of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Orenburg Region, and Larissa Ye. Bogdanova, leading legal adviser of the legal section of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Irkutsk Region, from the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Navigator from 29 July 2014.
