On 27 May 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decision:
To agree on reorganisation of Non-governmental Pension Fund of Sberbank into the Closed joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund of Sberbank, to register the Closed joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund of Sberbank and to re-issue the documental confirmation of the licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance operations of the Closed joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund of Sberbank.
