On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 19 (1737) of 26 February 2016 has been released.

The Bulletin lists credit institutions with appointed authorised representatives of the Bank of Russia who act in compliance with Article 76 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’ effective as of 1 February 2016.

The section Credit Institutions publishes the following Bank of Russia orders:

No. OD-598, dated 19 February 2016, on amending Appendix 1 to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3660, dated 18 December 2015;

No. OD-599, dated 19 February 2016, on the termination of activity of provisional administration to manage the credit institution BANK ITB (JSC) (the city of Moscow);

No. OD-600, dated 19 February 2016, on the termination of activity of provisional administration to manage the credit institution LLC CB Admiralteisky (the city of Moscow);

No. OD-601, dated 19 February 2016, on amending Appendix 1 to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-268, dated 29 January 2016;

The issue publishes information of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency for the depositors of CB Alta-Bank CJSC as well as information on striking off OJSC Agrochimbank, CJSC JSCB MIB, KBI Bank LLC, CB LLC Sotskreditbank from the register of banks participating in the deposit insurance system.

The section Non-Bank Financial Institutions publishes Bank of Russia Order No. OD-615, dated 20 February 2016, on appointing the provisional administration to AKOMS Insurance Company, closed joint-stock company.

The issue presents consolidated weekly data on financial market sectors and information notices by the Bank of Russia.
