On securities issue

On 28 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register the report on the results of the issue of series 10 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the joint-stock company Federal Hydroelectricity Company — RusHydro (the Krasnoyarsk Territory) placed through public subscription, state registration number of the issue is 4-10-55038-E; to recognise the issue invalid due to the non-placement of any security and to cancel its state registration;

to register reports on the results of the issues of series 14 and 15 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds placed through public subscription, series USD-15, USD-16, USD-17, USD-18, USD-19 and USD-20 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds placed through private subscription of the open joint-stock company VEB-leasing (the city of Moscow), state registration numbers of the issues are 4-24-43801-H, 4-25-43801-H, 4-30-43801-H, 4-31-43801-H, 4-32-43801-H, 4-33-43801-H, 4-34-43801-H and 4-35-43801-H; to recognise these issues invalid due to the non-placement of any security and to cancel their state registration;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company RT-Biotechprom (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-13819-A-001D; to recognise the issue invalid due to the non-placement of any security and to cancel its state registration;

to suspend the issue of non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the joint-stock company BIOENERGO (the city district of Troitsk, the city of Moscow) placed through public subscription;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Saint Petersburg Centre of Affordable Housing (the city of Saint Petersburg) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-05315-D-004D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund Defence and Industrial Fund named after V. V. Livanov (the city of Moscow) placed through distribution, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50207-A;

to resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund Social Development (the Lipetsk Region) placed through distribution, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50189-A;

to resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Ryazan State Instrument-Making Enterprise (the Ryazan Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55492-E-002D;

to register issues and the prospectus of series 02, 03, 04, 05 and 06 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the public joint-stock company Irkutsk Power Generation and Distribution Company (the Irkutsk Region) placed through public subscription, to assign state registration numbers 4-02-00041-А, 4-03-00041-А, 4-04-00041-А, 4-05-00041-А and 4-06-00041-А to the issues of securities;

to register the issue and prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the federal state unitary enterprise Main Centre for Special Communications (the city of Moscow) placed through public subscription, to assign state registration number 4-01-00012-T to the issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of type A privileged registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Rollman Group (the city of Saint Petersburg) placed through public subscription, to assign state registration number 2-01-05257-D-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Nash Dom — Primorye (the Primorye Territory) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-31624-F-010D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Chernyshev Moscow Machine-Building Enterprise (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-09499-A-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Tupolev (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04640-A-004D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Raduga State Engineering Design Bureau named after A. Ya. Bereznyak (the Moscow Region), state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55069-E-010D;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Topaz Liquor & Vodka Plant (the Moscow Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-12683-H-007D;

to register amendments to the decision on the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of Prime Finance, limited liability company (the city of Moscow) placed through public subscription, state registration number of the issue is 4-01-36424-R.
