On reorganisation through acquisition

Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of Federal Law No. 395-1, dated 2 December 1990, ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the North-Western Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation communicates on the procedure of reorganisation of the OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY BANK SAINT PETERSBURG through acquisition of the closed joint-stock company EVROPEISKY Investment Commercial Bank.
