On striking off information from state register of microfinance organisations
On 23 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to strike off from the state register of microfinance organisations information on Credit Billbank, limited liability company (PSRN 1127747124009).
The reason to take this decision was repeated violation within a year of the requirements of Federal Law No.
— the organisation failed to provide information on amendments to its founding documents;
— the organisation provided documents containing the report on microfinance activity and management personnel for 2014 Q1 with delay.
