On Bank of Russia decisions of 27 October 2014

On 27 October2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To register amendments to the Rules of Registering the Investment Unit Holders of the Unit Investment Funds of JSC VTB 24 Bank (Moscow);

To issue a licence to carry out the special depositary activity of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-government pension funds to the Limited Liability Company Specialized Depository Granit, to register the Rules of Internal Controls and By-laws of the Moscow-based Limited Liability Company Specialized Depository Granit;

To reissue a document confirming the availability of the licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-government pension funds to the Moscow-based Management Company First Trust Company, Limited Liability Company, due to change of location;

To register amendments to the Insurance Rules of the Moscow-based Closed Joint-stock Company Non-governmental Pension Fund of Sberbank.
