Commercial bank Doninvest, a limited liability company (TIN 6168065792) — brokerage licence No. 061-02976-100000 issued on 27 November 2000, licence to carry out dealer activity No. 061-03079-010000 issued on 27 November 2000, licence to carry out deposit activity No. 061-03756-000100 issued on 7 December 2000, and licence to manage securities No. 061-03146-001000 issued on 27 November 2000 (Rostov-on-Don).

Bank Narody Credit, open joint-stock company (TIN 7750005436) — brokerage licence No. 077-10591-100000 issued on 2 October 2007, licence to carry out deposit activity No. 077-10612-000100 issued on 2 October 2007, and licence to manage securities No. 077-10603-001000 issued on 2 October 2007 (Moscow).
