On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Republic of Daghestan, dated 8 October 2014, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution NEW COMMERCIAL BANK, a limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 347, date of registration — 25 December 1990) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3022 dated 27 October 2014) to terminate from 28 October 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution NEW COMMERCIAL BANK, a limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1887, dated 25 July 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Mahachkala-based Credit Institution NEW COMMERCIAL BANK, a Limited Liability Company, Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
