On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow, dated 9 October 2014, on the forced liquidation of the credit institution Conversion, Investments & Privatisation Bank, LTD (KEEP-BANK (LTD)) (Registration No. 2843, date of registration is 16 May 1994) and on the appointment of a liquidator in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3023, dated 27 October 2014) to terminate from 28 October 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution KEEP-BANK (LTD), appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2047, dated 8 August 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Conversion, Investments & Privatisation Bank, LTD, or KEEP-BANK (LTD) Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
