On Bank of Russia decisions of 24 July 2014

On 24 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Development Corporation of the Perm Region placed through private subscription.

To suspend the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the closed joint stock company SOLOMENSKIY LESOZAVOD placed through public subscription.

To resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Concern Sea Underwater Weapon — Gidropribor placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04151-D-005D dated 18 October 2012.

To register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Orenburg Non-Governmental Pension Fund Doverie placed through allocation of shares.

To assign state registration number 1-01-80173-N to the issue of securities.

To register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Space Rocket Centre Progress placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50174-А.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company DIXY Yug placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-30264-Н-018D
