On Revocation of Insurance Agent Licence

The Bank of Russia by its Order No. OD-1175, dated 27 May 2014, has revoked the insurance and reinsurance licence of limited liability company Avista-Garant Insurance Company (registration number 1127 in the Unified State Register of Insurance Agents).

This decision is taken due to a failure by limited liability company Avista-Garant Insurance Company to correct by the specified time insurance law violations that triggered the suspension of the insurance and reinsurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. 14-49/pz-i, dated 17 January 2014, “On the Suspension of the Insurance and Reinsurance Licence of Limited Liability Company Avista-Garant Insurance Company”).
