On Bank of Russia decisions of 22 April 2014

On 22 April 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1. To register the procedure of a specialised depository to exercise control over the activities to invest pension savings on the basis of agreements to render services of a specialised depository to the non-governmental pension fund and management companies that carry out trust management of pension savings under the contract with the non-governmental pension fund, the Moscow-based limited liability company ‘Depository Company of Mortgage Collateral’.

2. To register the changes and amendments to the rules of trust management over the following unit investment funds:

Closed unit investment fund of direct investments ‘VTB — Long-term Investments’ under the Moscow-based closed JSC ‘VTB Capital Asset Management’;

Closed unit investment fund of real estate ‘RIF’ under the Krasnodar-based limited liability company ‘Ar.I.S. Management Company’;

Closed unit investment fund of real estate ‘Grand Stroitelny’ under the Rostov-on-Don-based limited liability company ‘Grand Capital Management Company’;

Closed unit investment fund of real estate ‘RWM — Logistichesky’ under the Moscow-based closed joint stock company ‘RWM Capital’ Management Company connected with the change of a specialised depository and a person responsible for maintaining the register of unit investment fund owners;

Closed unit investment fund of direct investments ‘Strategic Investments’ under the Moscow-based closed joint stock company ‘Interfin CAPITAL Management Company’;

Closed unit investment fund of real estate ‘STIMUL-D’ under the Kazan-based limited liability company ‘AK BARS CAPITAL’ Management Company;

Closed unit investment fund of real estate ‘Omega Plaza’ under the Moscow-based limited liability company ‘Everest Asset Management’ Management Company).

3. To register the rules of trust management over the following unit investment funds:

Open unit investment fund of equities ‘MC Equities’ under the Moscow-based limited liability company ‘Management Consulting’;

Open unit investment fund of the money market ‘MC Dual-currency’ under the Moscow-based limited liability company ‘Management Consulting’;

Open unit investment fund of the money market ‘MC Deposit’ under the Moscow-based limited liability company ‘Management Consulting’;

Open unit investment fund of bonds ‘MC Bonds’ under the Moscow-based limited liability company ‘Management Consulting’;

Open unit investment fund of mixed investments ‘MC Optimal’ under the Moscow-based limited liability company ‘Management Consulting’.
