On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

On 26 November 2015, Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the licences of a professional securities market participant to carry out broker, dealer activity, and securities management issued to Investment Company NEWDAY, limited liability company (TIN: 3128062084).

The reason to take the decision was the repeated violations within a year of the requirements of securities legislation of the Russian Federation and the requirements envisaged by Article 7 of Federal Law No. 115-FZ, dated 7 August 2001, ‘On Countering the Legalisation (Laundering) of Criminally Obtained Incomes and the Financing of Terrorism’.
